Robert Koopmans
Robert is a photographer and journalist in Kamloops. He joined the Kamloops Daily News in 1992 and stayed until the paper closed in 2013, working as photographer, reporter and editor. He wrote more than 4.8 million words about Kamloops and its people.
Kevin Dergez
Kevin has worked in sales and marketing for more than 15 years. At Glacier Media he was Advertising Manager at the Sunshine Coast Reporter, then Director of Advertising at the Kamloops Daily News, where he sold six editions a week and more than 100 specialty publications. His special sections and publications have won gold and silver awards from the Canadian Newspaper Association and the BC and Yukon Community Newspapers Association, and in 2009 he was Glacier Media's top sales manager in B.C. He has since led sales teams in the automotive and truck sectors. Kevin believes sales is about solving problems and marketing is about people.
